Admission Policy for 2010 Hoërskool C R Swart can accommodate 300 Grade 8 pupils for the 2010 academic year.
Applications for GRADE 9 – 12 will be considered if there is a vacancy in the particular grade.
Pupils will have preference if their parents are resident ratepayers in our natural feeder area.

Please supply the following proof :
Title Deed or Lease Agreement or Water & Electricity Account in your name.
Application for admission for pupils not complying with the criteria will also be considered should we be in a position to accommodate them.

When submitting the application form please supply us with the following information :
Copies of your child's most recent school report copies of his/her unabridged birth certificate or ID Document Copies of both parent's ID Document self addressed, stamped envelope.

Forms which are incomplete will not be accepted.

APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSIONS WILL OPEN 13 JULY AND CLOSE 23 SEPTEMBER

NB : NO APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION OUR NATURAL FEEDER AREA

Learner’s whose parents reside in the immediate vicinity of the school. Grade sevens currently attending primary schools in the Moot area.
